Honest hospitality for generations

Our hotel has been run by our family for generations. Susanne and Albert Klotz opened the hotel and ran it for decades with their daughter Sabine. In 2022, we decided to change the Alpenspitz Hotel into an aparthotel. Some things are new, but our sincere hospitality and the warm atmosphere are still the same. We will be happy to be at your side during your stay!

The organized one

Sabine is the one who answers the phone, writes emails and is in charge of our office. She welcomes our guests at the reception and always listens to your wishes. And she knows what you should not miss in Ratschings. Together with her mother Susanne, Sabine gets up early to prepare your breakfast.

Attention to detail

It’s not hard to see that Susanne has green fingers. Thanks to her, all the plants grow perfectly, the geraniums on the balconies as well as the flowers in the garden. Susanne’s responsibility are the flowers and the decoration in and around the house. And you need to try her homemade jam for breakfast!

The master of the house

Albert likes to potter around and is very skilled. He can solve every technical problem and repair everything. When he’s not busy looking after things at the aparthotel, he takes care of the animals at the farm next-door. Because they are hungry, too.
